  • Account Information: When you register or log in via Supabase authentication (email/password or Google OAuth), we collect your email address and, if applicable, your name (via Google OAuth).
  • Payment Information: For Pro plan subscriptions or usage-based billing via Stripe, we collect payment details (e.g., credit card information) processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment details directly.
  • Contact Information: If you opt into email notifications (via SendGrid), we collect your email address to send information, promotional offers, or free credit updates.

    • b. Non-Personal Information

  • Uploaded Content: Images you upload for 3D model generation are processed via Fal AI and temporarily stored for processing.
  • Usage Data: We collect anonymized data about your interactions with the Service, such as pages visited, 3D model generation frequency, and browser type, using Vercel Analytics or similar tools.
  • Generated Content: 3D models (e.g., GLB, STL, OBJ files) generated by the Service are associated with your account but not considered personal information unless linked to identifiable data.

    We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service (e.g., process image uploads, generate 3D models, display models in the 3D viewer).
  • Authenticate users and manage accounts via Supabase.
  • Process payments and subscriptions via Stripe.

  • Improve the Service through analytics (e.g., Vercel Analytics) to understand usage patterns.
  • Ensure security with Row Level Security (RLS) and session management.

  • Storage: User data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and Vercel. Uploaded images and generated 3D models are temporarily stored for processing and may be cached for performance.
  • Security: We use Row Level Security (RLS), secure session management, and industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
  • Retention: We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the Service (e.g., until account deletion). Generated models may be stored for your model history unless you request deletion.

    By using our app, you agree that we will use and process the data you provide as stated before. This is done in a way that minimizes our need to interfere with your data and to give you your desired result.
